This collection features reproductions (high quality digital prints) of my silk screen work.
Silk screening is a stencil making process where ink is forced through the mesh of a screen using a squeegee. It's very process oriented. I make my own stencils from my original photographs taken on my urban hikes around San Francisco. Urban hiking is one of my favorite things about living in San Francisco, and I am always armed with my camera when I walk from point A to point B. Once the stencil is burned to my screen, I print in small batches in my North Beach studio.
