🌊 About This Piece
Half Moon Bay is a beautiful coastal town south of San Francisco, known for its beaches, ocean views, and scenic stretch of Highway 1. Just up the coast is Mavericks, a famous surf break where some of the biggest waves in the world roll in each winter.
This print is based on my original collage, made from layers of paper and pressed flowers collected on a trip to Half Moon Bay. Featuring the winding coastline along Highway 1 and a giant wave inspired by Mavericks, it captures a little piece of the California coast.
